PAYMENTS AND SHIPPING

SHIPPING METHODS
Shipping is carried out via courier for Italy and UPS for international deliveries.

DELIVERY TIMES
Barring force majeure, delivery will take place within 2 working days from the time the package is shipped (3 days for hard-to-reach areas such as Venice and its lagoon, smaller islands, and mountain locations). Deliveries are generally made between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. No deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays.

 

COSTS

• Shipping cost within Italy: €10.

• International shipping cost: €25.

 

DELIVERY COVERAGE
Shipping is available within Italy and internationally, with certified service.

 

DELIVERY
The package will be delivered to the destination address provided during registration. Please notify us if the name on the doorbell is different from the recipient's name indicated in the shipping details, and provide a valid phone number. The phone number may be used by the courier to contact you if they are unable to locate your address.

 

TRACKING
Upon shipment of the package, a confirmation email will be sent with the tracking number for monitoring the delivery status.

 

PAYMENTS
After adding products to the cart and proceeding to checkout, you will be provided with payment methods. You can pay via bank transfer, PayPal account, or cash on delivery.

The data you provide during payment will be managed by third-party platforms in the case of payments via PayPal. At Razorback, we will never have access to your payment data.

 

BANK TRANSFER
If you choose this method, we will email you the bank details needed to complete the transfer. Once we receive the payment for your order, we will proceed with the shipment.

 

PAYPAL
If you choose this method, you will see the necessary details to log in to your PayPal account and initiate the transaction. Once the payment is successfully completed, we will ship your package.
